At Le Posh Nail Salon, we are committed to providing high-quality services in a professional and courteous environment. Please review our salon policies to ensure the best possible experience.

SERVICE REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in the following situations:
- Open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
- Any contagious nail condition or illness that could be further harmed by our services.
- Clients with diabetes: Please inform your technician, as no cutting services are allowed.
- Rude, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

REFUNDS AND SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
- All services are non-refundable. We do not guarantee that regular nail polish will not chip after your service.
- If your nails are scratched or misshaped, please notify us within 72 hours of the service. We will fix them free of charge if you arrange an appointment within 7 days of your initial service.
- If you are unhappy with the service, please inform your technician during the service for immediate adjustments. No re- dos will be provided if the technician has confirmed your satisfaction during the process.
- Once you leave the salon, we assume you are satisfied with your service.
- Any damage caused after your service will incur additional charges for repairs.

CHILDREN
Please supervise your children at all times, as the salon is not childproof.
