At Le Posh Nail Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional service in a professional, clean, and welcoming environment. Please review our salon policies to help ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
SERVICE REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse service in the following situations:
● Clients with open wounds, cuts, or infected areas in the treatment area.
● Clients with contagious nail conditions or illnesses that may be worsened by our services or pose a risk to others.
● Clients with diabetes: Please inform your technician before your service, as we do not perform any cutting services.
● Clients who display rude, disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior toward our staff or other guests.
REFUNDS & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
● All services are non-refundable.
● We do not guarantee regular nail polish against chipping, as its longevity depends on individual lifestyle and daily activities.
● If your nails become scratched, chipped, or misshapen due to our workmanship, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will gladly correct the issue at no charge if an appointment is scheduled within 7 days of your original service.
● If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please let your technician know during your appointment so adjustments can be made immediately.
● Once your technician has confirmed your satisfaction and the service is completed, complimentary redos will not be provided.
● By leaving the salon, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with your service. Any damage that occurs after you leave the salon will be considered wear and tear and may be subject to repair charges.
COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGES
Complimentary water, soft drinks, and wine are available for guests 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID may be required. For your safety and comfort, we serve a maximum of two glasses of wine per guest. Thank you for your understanding.
CHILDREN
For the safety of your children and the comfort of all guests, children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Our salon is not childproof, and we cannot be responsible for unattended children.
